We create our dishes—vegan or not—as much as possible in collaboration with the short supply chain. Bread from De Trog, meat from Vers Varkentje, vegetables from the farm... This way, we provide not only the freshest, but also the tastiest ingredients!

We are Paper & Beans – a place where stories and flavors converge. Besides our love of books, we also love sharing our passion for beans. That's why we serve unique specialty coffee, with options ranging from a strong espresso to an authentic French press.
For both our coffee and tea, we collaborate with Lathé, a local micro-roastery and tea specialty store, so you can always enjoy pure, artisanal quality.
And “beans” aren’t just found in your cup: they also play a starring role in our signature dish – a tasty chili con carne.
